One-to-One Sessions

If you would benefit from a one-to-one chat or session on waking or sleep-related mindfulness, I offer these online over Skype. My aim is to be as inclusive as possible so the hourly charge is on a pay-what-you-can-afford basis with a sliding scale of £20-£50 per hour.

Examples of how I can offer support include:

  • Mindfulness and dream work to support mental health and wellbeing
  • Tailored meditation sessions
  • Support in establishing a mindful living and/or lucid dreaming practice
  • Guidance on creating a healthy and nourishing sleep regime
  • Advice and support regarding sleep issues

If you would like to discuss further or schedule in a session, please contact me.

The Lucid Dreaming Pyjama Party

Inspired by the need to schedule in time for lucid dream practices, I have set up The Lucid Dreaming Pyjama Party: An online meetup group for like-minded people to come together to explore and plan for lucid dreaming. If you would like help with motivation and inspiration for gaining lucidity in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere, this is the group for you! Keep your eye open for one-day online workshops that explore the world of dream and sleep in more depth too.

I am currently in the process of setting up bookable day-long workshops that I will run for individuals and small groups in Achmelvich and online. More information will be available soon.

Tailored Sessions

I am available to deliver presentations or workshop sessions around various themes covering mindfulness, lucid dreaming, nature connection and photography. If your group or organisation is interested, please contact me.

Kat’s passion and enthusiasm are infectious. The dream work opened up a whole new world for me.”

Gunasiddhi, dream group participant

“I thoroughly benefited from the mindfulness course and have noticed the benefits in day to day life, feeling more engaged and connected as a result. Kat has an innate gentle nature and soothing voice which created a healing space.”

B.M, Mindfulness For Life Programme participant

“I recently had three sessions with Kat as an introduction to sleep, dreams and lucid dreaming. I had no previous experience but was very curious. Although each session was only a couple of hours, Kat managed to cover a huge amount without feeling rushed. I felt I had time to ask questions and describe my experiences. In turn, Kat made time to really listen. She has a huge passion for all things to do with sleep and this love of her work really comes across. Kat’s enthusiasm is infectious and it gave me the confidence to try out the techniques she had taught me. She met me at my beginner level and I felt she explained things in an understandable way. It is obvious that she has a wealth of knowledge, training, and experience with which she is capable of teaching much more experienced lucid dreamers than myself. This, combined with a natural gift for the subject gives Kat a wonderful gentle confidence. After the three sessions I am feeling a positive shift in my ability to recall dreams, recognise patterns and dream signs. This has been really helpful and I will continue to practice the techniques I have learnt. I would definitely recommend giving Kat’s work a try.”
