Learn how to lucid dream, 4 week course
Journey into the realms of the third of our lives we spend asleep; exploring its importance, how it works, and ways to harness the potential it holds for improved health, wellbeing and fun.
This progressional course will look at:
- Sleep hygiene
- The science of sleep
- Dreams and what their apparent bizarreness is all about
- Learning how to lucid dream (the scientifically verified phenomenon of “waking up” and consciously interacting within the dream state)

Fortnightly meditation sessions
Relaxed fornightly sessions for coming together to practice in a group.
Each session will consist of an arriving practice, a guided practice and a non-guided practice.
Chairs will be available to sit on, but please bring your own mat/bench/cushion and/or a blanket for comfort if you wish.

Mindfulness For Life, 6 week course
Mindfulness offers a way to be in touch with what is happening in the here and now and live life more deeply.
This course is an in-depth introduction to mindfulness. It is designed to empower you to develop a nourishing and resilient personal meditation practice.
Attendance to all sessions required as this is a progressional course.
